The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Balammal @ Jaya Sree, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The daughter of the petitioner, who has left the home due to some misunderstanding, was traced by the respondent Police while she was in Tiruppur and she was produced before this Court today. The petitioner is also present before this Court.

3. On enquiry, the petitioner's daughter states that she is now willing to join her parents. Since the petitioner's daughter has been traced and she is now willing to join her parents, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. (G.J.,J.)
