When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.06.2014 for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment to list the matter, therefore, it was posted on 09.06.2014. Even thereafter, the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. Therefore, it shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue this quash petition and it is pending for four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition.
