ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.344 of 2014, within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of two years and two months from the date of registration of the case, the 2nd respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is pending before the second respondent and that the second respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.344 of 2014. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.344 of 2014 before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
