Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent herein relating to impugned letter No.Na.Ka.No.A/2482/2013, dated 24.12.2018 and quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner as Stamp Blacksmith (Muthirai Kollar) in Tamilnadu General Subordinate Service.

ORDER

The challenge made in this writ petition is to the order, dated 24.12.2018, of the second respondent, whereby and whereunder, the certificate verification and the interview to be held on 28.12.2018 were cancelled. The petitioner also seeks a direction to the second respondent to appoint her as Stamp Blacksmith in Tamil Nadu General Subordinate Service.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the very interview scheduled came to be cancelled and giving opportunity to all the eligible candidates, a further notification would be published.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the further selection process. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
