ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 r/w. 18(1) of the Money-lenders Act, 1957, in Crime No. Not Known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks Bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is giving loan for exorbitant interest and hence the respondent police searching the petitioner to arrest, based on the complaint given by some persons.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the FIR.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents.
