ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to register the settlement deed, which has been kept pending vide Document No.P/jpUk';fyk;/139/2025.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, it is seen that the grievance of the petitioner is that, though the settlement deed was duly presented, the same has been kept pending merely on a doubt regarding jurisdiction.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 would submit that it is true that the document was kept pending with reference to jurisdiction and that the enquiry has now been completed, and the document will be duly registered and released to the petitioner.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, and directing the second respondent to register and release the document within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
