ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the defacto complainant and the petitioner was solemnized on 04.11.2005. Out of the wedlock, they have two children. Thereafter, the petitioner's wife left his house and living with her parents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner and defacto complainant have entered into a compromise on the advice of their parents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
