ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.231 of 2023, dated 30.12.2023, from the file of the third respondent police to the file of the fourth respondent and conduct the proper investigation and to file the final report in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/defacto complainant in the complaint lodged before the third respondent police, for which FIR came to be registered in Crime No.231 of 2023. However, there is no progress in the investigation, hence, he filed the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation stands completed and the final report has been filed before the PCR Court, Thoothukudi, and the same has been taken on file in S.C. No.28 of 2024.
