Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of Interim Direction, directing the 5th respondent to issue notice to all the existing registered contractors by way of intimating the Tenders as per Tamilnadu Transparency in Tenders Act and thus render justice. Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 7 for allotting the contracts to the 7th respondent as against the provisions under Tamilnadu Transparency in Tenders Act based on the representation of the petitioners dated 15.02.2023, 21.02.2023 in a time bound manner.
