PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR50315 of 2018:- To set aside order dated 14.11.2018 passed in I.A.No.91 of 2018 in O.S.No.36 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Judge (FTC), Theni, and allow the present Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:- C.M.P.(MD)No.11850 of 2018 in C.R.P.(MD)No.SR50315 of 2018 has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order dated 14.11.2018, passed in I.A.No.91 of 2018 in O.S.No.36 of 2017, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Theni.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending civil miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has obtained the fair and decreetal order copy and therefore, the learned Counsel sought permission to withdraw the present civil miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In such a view of the matter, CMP(MD)No.11850 of 2018 stands

dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner is directed to produce the copy of the fair and decreetal order dated 14.11.2018, before the Registry, by way of re-presentation. On receipt of the same, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 12.12.2018.
