By consent, this Writ Petition is taken for final hearing.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is a victim in Crime No.11 of 2020 and the petitioner is entitled for victim compensation amount and prayed the respondents to disburse the compensation amount to the petitioner. 3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the fifth respondent has forwarded the recommendation for grant of victim compensation amount to the petitioner, on 11.12.2020. 4.In the above circumstances, the third respondent is directed to decide the issue within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
