Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The allegations made by the writ petitioner cannot be disposed of on the strength of representation made by the petitioner. The petitioner will have to file a formal petition under Section 90 of the Cooperative Societies Registration Act. If such a petition is filed by the petitioner, or the persons who are parties to the petition mentioned transaction, the same will be numbered by the second respondent without reference to delay, if it is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will conduct an enquiry into the said petition and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months thereafter. 3.With this liberty to the petitioner / other interested persons who moved the second respondent and direction to the second respondent to give a time bound disposal, this writ petition is disposed 2/ 4
