2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for the 23rd respondent has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
