ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners and that the petitioners are required for enquiry in respect of a case registered for man missing in Crime No.287 of 2016, however, he gave an undertaking that the petitioners would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be called for enquiry only on issuing summons giving specific date, time and place, and after getting required information, they will not be called for further enquiry.
