ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.187 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 6 (2) (3)
(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982, r/w 7 (1) (a) (ii) of EC Act, 1955 and seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused No.1 is the owner of the lorry and the accused No.2 is a driver. The petitioners, who are arrayed as A3 to A5 had sold the rice menat for Public Distribution System to the accused No.6.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners were implicated only on the confession of the first accused and they do not have any previous case. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to deposit each Rs.4,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.187 of 2015.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that the accused No.6 was granted anticipatory bail and the first accused was detained under Goondas Act. He would further submit that the petitioners have no bad antecedents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. Until further orders. The petitioners shall deposit Rs.4,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.187 of 2015. The petitioners shall comply with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
6.
