ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.102 of 2019 filed by the respondent / husband, seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty, from the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District to Sub Court, Theni. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Bodinayackanur, Theni District.

2. Considering the distance between Sathyamangalam and Bodinayackanur, proceedings in HMOP.No. 102 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Theni, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub Court, Theni, forthwith.
