This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No. 38 of 2013 within the stipulated time which may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
