ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 435 of I.P.C., in Crime No.138 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) produced a copy of the First Information Report and submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioner for an offence under Section 435 of Cr.P.C., which is bailable one.
