PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the R1 to R3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's, their family members and their properties on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's, their family members and their properties on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2022.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the first petitioner dated 15.03.2022 to the second respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the first petitioner

after issuing notice to the petitioners and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
