This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to call for the records pertaining to the C.C.No.83 of 2013, now pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District and to quash the same, in so far as it relates to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
