ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to restore the old patta No.326 in S.No.81/1 with an extent of 1.67 Acres of Thiruppachethi North Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, and subsequently cancel all the sub divisions made in S.No.81/1.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 submitted that on the basis of the representation made by the writ petitioner to cancel all the sub divisions made in S.No.81/1, the second respondent/District Revenue Officer rejected the said prayer.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 7, cause of action does not arise in this Writ Petition. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any proceedings of the official respondents, he can challenge the same in the manner known to law.
