Ms.M.Anitha Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned notices dated 24.02.2023.

2. It is informed that the parties have now arrived at a settlement in and by which the respondent has provided a working sheet where the usage has been converted as 'commercial' and the half yearly tax payable has been provided. The balance amount payable by the petitioner has also been set out.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, agreed to this calculation provided for the property tax up to the first half of the assessment year 2022-23.

4. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the petitioner to comply with the demand as set out in the
