Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has made an online application on 10.07.2020, seeking to grant Patta. He would further submit that the Surveyor has already surveyed the property and a report has been forwarded to the authorities concerned for granting Patta. 2.The submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
