It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 25.07.2016 in Crime No.59 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
