When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, on instructions, submitted that sale certificate has been issued and the same has already been registered in Doc.No.4070/2020 dated 28.12.2020. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as nothing survives for adjudication. However, liberty is given to challenge the proceedings. Further liberty is also given to raise all the contentions before the pending proceedings. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
