ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused arrested by the respondent police on 26.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 452, 365, 147, 148, 342, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC altered into 452, 147, 148, 294(b), 364(A), 367, 368 and 502(ii) IPC, r/w. 120(b) IPC, in Crime No.94 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for the past 49 days and the co-accused were released on bail by this Court, on 13.04.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6677 of 2015. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over.

4.Considering the long duration of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 13/05/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
