ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1997 and 379 IPC in Crime No.144 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that on 15.11.2018, the respondent police have registered a complaint against 20 persons including the petitioner for illegally transporting 9 units of sand. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein has approached this Court apprehending that he has been arraigned as one of the accused.
4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.
