This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.49 of 2014 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent or to any other competent person to be appointed by the 1st respondent in consonance with Rule 7 of the Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR in crime No.49 of 2014 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed on 12.09.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS has also been filed before the Concerned Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
