ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard Mr.N.Kamesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent.

3.It is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the one D.Sethupathi and the same was registered in Crime No.225 of 2017, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC. It is further stated that no further investigation was conducted and that a direction to the respondent to file a final report, after the completion of investigation, will be in the interest of justice. 4.Considering the nature of grievance expressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order". 5.As a result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
