ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner admittedly is a christian. The land in question has been classified as "Adi Dravidar Natham". The petitioner obviously cannot claim the status of Scheduled Caste.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner claims to have purchased the property vide registered sale deed dated 10.08.2007. The petitioner wants survey to be conducted. She wants the plot purchased by her to be demarcated. The petitioner's application shall be enquired into and an appropriate order shall be passed by the second respondent. 2/4

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
