Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.14 of 2016, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant was solemnized on 20.05.2015, within three months of marriage, with the inducement of petitioners 2 to 5, the first petitioner harassed the defacto complainant both mentally and cruelly and on complaint a case has been registered against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner is the mother of the first petitioner, the 3rd and 4th petitioners are the brother and sister of the first petitioner and the 5th petitioner is the husband of the 4th petitioner and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names of have been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the serious allegations are made against the accused persons and the investigation of the case is pending.
5. Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
