This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file final report in Cr.No.23 of 2008 as per order passed in Cr.M.P(MD).No.821/2009 dated 10.08.2009 by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of one month.
