This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 01.02.2024 made in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in HMOP.No.281 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, 1/3
Thirumangalam, Madurai.
2. Reading of the order passed by the trial Court it is seen that no valid reasons assigned by the revision petitioners for waiving the cooling period in the mutual consent Divorce Petition. Hence, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the trial Court.
3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are given liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned Court stating the proper facts and circumstances. If such application is filed, the same may be considered by the trial Court on its own merits. No costs.
