(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner herein was appointed as BT Assistant (Maths) in the second respondent school. By citing certain reasons, her appointment was not approved. Hence, the appointee filed W.P.(MD)No. 25282 of 2023. The writ petition was allowed by the common order dated 11.09.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the department has filed this writ appeal.

3. In the meanwhile, the order of the learned single Judge has been complied with. It is seen that the writ petitioner is possessing TET qualification. There is also no district surplus. We do not find any ground to interfere. The Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (G.R.S., J.)
