ORDER

The petitioner has made a complaint to the respondents on 24.04.2017 alleging that the proposed accused has received some amount from the petitioner under the guise of getting a job. Subsequently, he neither returned the amount nor got a job for the petitioner. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court.

2.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.04.2017 and if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
