ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner based on the representation dated 11.03.2021. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the third respondent has illegally trespassed into the property on 31.12.2020. On 05.03.2021, the petitioner lodged a complaint in Crime No.153 of 2021 and prayed for a direction to give police protection to the petitioner.

3.On the side of the respondents 1 and 2, it is stated that the petitioner has not produced the civil court decree. Since the civil Court particulars is not with the respondents, the respondents is not in a position to consider the representation of the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4292 of 2021 4.The petitioner is hereby directed to furnish the copies of the civil Court proceedings to the respondents. Thereby, the respondents 1 and 2 after enquiry, is directed to take action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
