ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to ensure adequate protection for conducting the Annual Day and Convocation Festival in Rahmaniyya Noorul Ayan Matharasa at Gopalapattinam, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District scheduled on 28.02.2025 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2025 and they will consider and pass appropriate orders.
