CRL OP(MD). No.4576 of 2020 2.The petitioners apprehending arrest based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, who is the wife of the first petitioner, alleging matrimonial violence.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that petition enquiry is pending. 4.The respondent police shall enquire the parties concerned and if necessary, get report from the Social Welfare Office and proceed further in this case.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to cooperate with the enquiry.
