ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2015 and 18.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petition, dated 17.03.2015, given by the petitioner before the third respondent had been forwarded to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, who in turn forwarded the same to the Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Chennai for necessary action and that the petition, dated 18.06.2016, given by the petitioner before the third respondent has been forwarded to the first respondent and the same is pending enquiry before the first respondent. He would further submit that the first respondent will complete the enquiry as soon as possible.
