ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been to direct the respondent to secure the accused, investigate and to file final report in Crime No.22 of 2017 registered by the respondent police / complainant.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 22 of 2017 , within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
