This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the Order of this Court in WP(MD) No.2886 of 2015 dated 27.10.2022.

2. The Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that they have preferred SLP and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted stay, dated 05.08.2024. The said submission is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to reopen this Contempt after disposal of the SLP.
