ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 394 read with 397 IPC., in Crime No.512 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the accused 1 and 2 have already been arrested and enlarged on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai on 13.05.2015 and he prays for anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that there is no previous case against the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
