ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the the respondents 1 & 2, not to harass the petitioners under the colour of land grabbing and not to interfere with the 1st petitioner's peaceful enjoyment and possession over the property, which is situated in Survey No.850/2 in Villpatti Village, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District (i.e., the property related to suit in O.S.No.85/2016 on the file of the learned DM-cum-JM, Kodaikanal).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. If the petitioners cooperate for enquiry, it will be completed within a period of two weeks.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police and cooperate for enquiry as and when summons are received.

5. Recording the submissions made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
