This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the complaint preferred by the fourth respondent has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2017, on 15.12.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.
