O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.10.2017 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the parties were advised to approach the competent Civil Court and the petition has been closed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent court.
