This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in crime No.120 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent registered against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.120 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet on 26.12.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil and the same was not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
