This petition has been filed for a direction to the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eraniel to dipose of the case in S.T.C.No.304 of 2016 expeditiously.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that S.T.C.No.304 of 2016 is pending from the year 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eraniel and prays for a speedy disposal of the same.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, there will be a direction to the Court below to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.304 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report compliance of this order immediately after completion of the proceedings to the Registry.
