ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.9487 of 2018, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) of IPC., and Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.132 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.9498 of 2018, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC., in Crime No.131 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 3.The defacto complainant one Sivaraman lodged information against one Vaikundam and three others. It leading to registration of Crime No.131 of 2018 on the file of the Srivaikundam Police Station. Angered by the registration of the said case, the accused have attacked the defacto complainant and caused him grievous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

injuries. The country blast was also employed. It is submitted that the accused Karuppasamy having five previous cases to his credit. 4.Taking note of the fact that the occurrence took place as a counter blast to lodging of complaint by the defacto complainant and the fact that the country blast was also used in this case and there was a cut injury on the head of the defacto complainant, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
