ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to filed the Final Report as early as possible in Crime No.291/2013 on the file of respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires one month time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
