The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in Crime No.572 of 2025 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner submitted that his brother died under suspicious circumstances. The respondents submitted that they are conducting an enquiry. The said submission is recorded.

3. This Court directs the respondents to proceed further with the enquiry. If any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be proceeded with in 2/4

accordance with law.
